This quiz rolls several smaller ones into a single result. Instead of scoring you separately on personality, work style and current mood, five questions cover all three and land you on one of eight combined archetypes, each with the trade-off that comes attached to it.
Combined archetypes work better than separate scores because the trade-offs are the interesting part. A Starter and a Builder are both productive, but one struggles to finish and the other struggles to begin, and which problem you have changes what advice is worth hearing. Separate scales hide that; one archetype makes it obvious.
No archetype ranks above another. Starter sounds better than Keeper and Seeker sounds better than Fixer, and all of that is noise โ they describe where you spend your energy, not how much you have. Every one of the eight has a failure mode printed in its description, because they all do have one.
Your answers fix your result, so retaking it gives the same archetype unless you answer differently โ worth doing in a few months if you want to check whether anything has actually shifted. For a serious read on a real decision, the one-to-one consultation works from your situation rather than a type.
