1. What We Offer

Yizhai Yiju provides two kinds of service. First, free online tools (Bazi, name analysis, love and compatibility readings, and light personality quizzes) that you can use without registering. Second, paid consultations: online feng shui analysis, floor plan review, site selection for homes and businesses, and on-site surveys for grave relocation and ancestral burial sites. The scope, delivery format and price of each service are those shown on its own page.

2. Nature of the Service

The feng shui and astrology content on this site belongs to the realm of traditional culture and folk practice. It is offered for reference and to help you think through everyday decisions. It is not medical, legal, financial or investment advice. Results are generated from the information you enter according to fixed rules and do not claim to describe you accurately. For structural safety, health, significant financial commitments or legal disputes, consult a qualified professional and rely on their opinion.

3. Orders and Payment

Paid services require an order and payment. Before paying, please confirm the service type, delivery method (online analysis or on-site visit) and price. For on-site services we will agree with you on the date, location and scope of the visit in advance. After payment we deliver within the timeframe stated on the service page.

4. Refunds and Changes

For online analysis you may request a full refund before work on the report begins; once the report has been delivered, refunds are generally not available, though you are welcome to raise questions and we will answer them. On-site services involve travel arrangements: if you cancel before the visit, we can refund or reschedule, less any reasonable cost already incurred. If we fail to deliver as agreed, you are entitled to a refund.

5. Your Responsibilities

When using this site, please:

• Provide accurate information; you accept the consequences of results based on wrong input
• Do not submit another person's personal information without their consent
• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to attack or disrupt its operation
• Do not scrape or reproduce site content for commercial use

6. Intellectual Property

The page design, text, test logic, graphics and code of this site belong to Yizhai Yiju or its licensors. You may browse and share links for personal reference. Reproduction, adaptation or commercial use without written permission is not allowed. Floor plans and photos you send us are used only to provide the service to you.

7. Third-Party Links

This site may link to third-party websites for your convenience. Such links do not imply endorsement; the content and privacy practices of those sites are their own responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: inaccuracies arising from information you provided; delays or unavailability caused by force majeure, network failure or third-party service interruption; or losses resulting from decisions you make based on this site's content. Nothing here limits our liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and any dispute arising from the use of this site are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first seek an amicable settlement; failing that, either party may bring the matter before the competent court.
