• Floor plans and property details (layout, orientation, size)

• The questions, descriptions and feedback you submit
• Order information when you purchase a paid service

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit this site, our server and security layer automatically record a small amount of technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, access time, the pages you visit and the referring page. This is necessary to keep the site running, to detect abuse and to troubleshoot errors.

• AI model provider — our AI consultation feature is powered by a third-party large language model API. Text you type into that feature is sent to the provider to generate a reply. Please do not enter ID numbers, bank details or full home addresses in those conversations.
• Hosting provider — the site runs on cloud servers, where your information is stored.

Other than the above, we do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose it only with your explicit consent, where required by law, or where necessary to protect the vital interests of you or another person.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Consultation records are retained after delivery so that you can follow up and so that any dispute can be handled; technical logs are cleared after the period required for security operations. When the retention period ends, when you ask us to delete, or when the purpose has been fulfilled, we delete or anonymise the data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you have the following rights over your personal information. Exercising them is free of charge:

• Access and portability — know what we hold about you and receive a copy
• Rectification — correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
