Past-Life Story Test

Five scenario questions generate a short story, plus what such tests actually measure.

Your Result

The psychological reading: the options predict nothing. What you picked shows where your attention is right now. Treat it as a story, not a conclusion.

About this test

Past-life tests are story-telling devices, and it's worth saying so up front: there is no evidence that this identifies anything. What it does do is use narrative to surface themes you're currently carrying — which is a real function, just not the one the name implies.

The mechanism is simple. You answer questions about what draws you, what unsettles you and what you feel you've already done, and the result frames that as a story. People tend to recognise themselves in the framing even while knowing it isn't literal, and that recognition is the point.

Where this is genuinely useful is in naming a recurring pattern. If you keep getting a variation on the same theme — the same kind of loss, the same kind of obligation — that's worth noticing, regardless of whether the story behind it is real. Themes repeat because something current is feeding them.

Treat the output as a mirror with a story attached. Entertainment on the surface, occasionally useful underneath, not a claim about anything.
