Account deletion

How to delete your Yizhai Yiju account and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Account deletion". Include the mobile number used to register.

You can also use the in-app "Delete account" entry under Settings. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

• Account credentials: mobile number, email, password hash
• Profile data and membership status
• Test history stored against your account
• Consultation submissions and replies

What is retained

• Payment and order records, where retention is required for accounting and tax purposes (up to 3 years), with personal identifiers removed.
• Aggregated, non-identifying statistics.

Deleting your account is irreversible. Paid services already delivered cannot be restored.
